In 1998, after three years of evening school & studying besides his job with CF, he earned his diploma in Air Traffic Management, which was his step forward to open his own company named SKY CARE – Aviation Services with the year of the Millenium, operating out of Frankfurt Airport offering Airline Representation & Station Management Services to various airlines. Within 15 years, Matt´s company grow tremendously, and he enhanced his company services and founded more subsidiaries in the aviation industry, such as for Passenger & Cargo Handling, Load Control, Weight & Balance, Passenger & Cargo GSA with an operating Call Center, up to a company for Aircraft Cleaning. He based his companies in most German airports, as well as in U.K. and in Thailand, servicing over 20 airlines with his teams of over 70 employees. He now works as an Aviation Consultant, and with many years of experience in the logistics industry, he along with Borut founded LogX Networks. Matt origin from Darmstadt in Germany where he lives half of the year and the other half, he lived in Thailand, Bangkok from where he moved to Hua Hin few years ago. Her background combines strong technical knowledge with business acumen, enabling her to develop and implement innovative marketing and digital strategies for LogX. Shruti brings in-depth expertise in media management, digital consultancy, content creation, and IT-driven branding solutions, supporting the network’s ongoing transformation. In addition to her strategic marketing role, Shruti oversees the end-to-end planning and execution of the company’s global conferences, from conceptualization and vendor management to team coordination and contractual alignment, showcasing her strong operational and project management skills. She is also one of the key persons for members and vendors to connect with for assistance related to business growth, marketing support, and digital/IT development within the network. With a unique blend of technical, creative, and strategic capabilities, Shruti continues to contribute to the growth of LogX Networks.

She has logical and creative way of thinking, always learning new technologies and being service minded. She desires to bring to LogX Networks different ways of thinking with a passion to deliver membership service that will benefit them.

She has worked in various industries experiencing the overall business operations, and also currently advising in Thailand to various owned firms on Accounting Services. We believe that she is a great addition to the team at LogX, and will bring her expertise to help us grow and connect with more members.

Achara holds a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Business Management, where she developed a solid foundation in Air Cargo, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management. Her academic journey, complemented by hands-on internship experiences, has equipped her with both technical expertise and practical insight into the aviation and logistics sectors. Her goal is to leverage the expertise in aviation and logistics to facilitate seamless connections and drive business growth, she is committed to working alongside the LogX team to build lasting, meaningful partnerships across the network.
